This individual will report to the CEO and CAO (Chief Administrative Officer).

- Strategic HR Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with business goals, emphasizing scalability, culture, and talent growth. - Global Workforce Management:
Oversee HR operations across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR), and employment standards. - Talent Acquisition & Retention:
Partner with leadership to attract, hire, and retain top talent across technical and non-technical roles. Implement programs for career development and succession planning. - Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure policies and procedures are compliant with employment laws and industry standards. Manage audits and reporting requirements in all regions of operation. - Culture & Engagement:
Champion a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative culture. Design initiatives that drive employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. - Compensation & Benefits:
Develop competitive compensation structures and benefits programs that align with market standards and company goals. - Organizational Development:
Drive initiatives related to leadership development, performance management, change management, and organizational effectiveness. - HR Technology & Analytics:
Utilize HRIS and analytics to drive data-informed decisions and improve process efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the tech or software industry.
- Proven experience managing international HR operations and navigating multi-jurisdictional compliance.
- Deep understanding of employment law, regulatory frameworks, and best practices.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and change management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven HR strategies.
